Drawing on Chef Jung-su’s experience in Michelin starred institutions around Seoul, Allta embodies the pinnacle of Korean tradition and technique and aims to bring this practice into a modern dining experience. This resulted in being awarded two hats by Good Food Guide for two consecutive years.
